Greg got me an offer 20K above asking price in less than a week. His timing of the listing, staging, set up, marketing and follow through was always on point to get the job done. He didn't make me spend much to clean up the house for listing and worked on my tight budget.
We had a misunderstanding moving out of the house which was the only reason he didn't get a 100% perfect score.
I'd definitely recommend Greg if you need a realtor to sell your house!

We had a great experience working with Greg and buying our first home. He helped make a unfamiliar experience actually pretty fun and easy and we are thrilled with our home.
