Greg has worked with me for the last four years in both buying and selling my very first house.
While I was in the market to buy, he was vigilant in finding houses within my price range in the area quickly or even earlier than they were listed on Zillow or other sites. When I had an offer accepted and it turned out to be a challenging close with that seller, Greg negotiated hard to make the process as smooth and as affordable as possible.
While selling, he was also extremely helpful in directing me to best get my place ready for market, and helping to get it listed at exactly the right time. He also helped to secure an offer higher than I ever thought possible with my house.

Greg was on top of things throughout the process. He did his research on the area, he knew the market trends, and he showed strong communication and negotiation skills. Greg was considerate of everyone and took the time to honor some extra requests that helped make it a good experience.
